Warranty Coverage

Warranty support for Amazon purchases is activated after the registration form has been completed and the purchase information has been verified.

After registration, eligible EGFKI products include a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper operation, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper cleaning or storage, pet-related damage, normal wear and tear, or other customer-caused damage. Consumable parts, including replacement filters, are not covered unless they arrive defective.

  Eligible EGFKI products include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date after successful registration.
• Covers Manufacturing Defects
  The warranty applies to eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
• Amazon Order Information Required
  Please provide your Amazon Order ID, email address, product model, and other requested information when completing the registration form.
• Warranty Review Required
  All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by EGFKI. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, the product model or serial number, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Replacement Parts or Product Support
  Depending on the issue and warranty eligibility, EGFKI may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.
