At EGFKI, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable after-sales support.

All eligible EGFKI main products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal household conditions and according to the product instructions.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use within the warranty period.

If your EGFKI product is confirmed to have a covered defect, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or component
  • Replace the defective part
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model

Warranty service is provided at no charge for eligible product defects, subject to the terms below.

Products Covered

The 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible EGFKI main products, including:

  • Pet Hair Dryers
  • Pet Water Fountains
  • Other eligible EGFKI electrical pet care products

Replacement filters, consumable parts, and other accessories are not covered by the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated.

How to Request Warranty Service

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Product model, if available
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

Providing clear photos or videos can help us evaluate the issue and provide a faster solution.

Products purchased directly from our official website do not require separate warranty registration unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Shipping

For verified warranty claims made within 30 days of delivery, EGFKI will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the warranty service.

For warranty claims made after 30 days, customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the circumstances and location.

Please contact our support team before returning any product. Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or product failure caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidents, drops, impacts, or external damage
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Failure to clean or maintain the product according to the instructions
  • Use of incompatible accessories, filters, adapters, or replacement parts
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Improper electrical connections, incorrect voltage, or power surges
  • Water damage to components not designed to be submerged
  • Damage caused by pets, including chewing, scratching, biting, or other physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal product function
  • Lost or missing accessories
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other events outside our reasonable control

Pet Water Fountain Warranty Notes

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, failure to replace filters as recommended, operation without sufficient water, or improper use of the pump.

Replacement filters are consumable items and are not covered by the standard warranty after they have been opened or used.

If a pump or other component fails due to a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance.

Pet Hair Dryer Warranty Notes

The warranty does not cover damage caused by blocked air vents, improper storage, overheating due to restricted airflow, liquid entering the electrical components, or use with an incompatible power supply.

Normal wear of hoses, nozzles, filters, and other replaceable accessories may not be covered unless the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.

Proof of Purchase

Warranty service is available only to the original purchaser and may require a valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

The warranty is non-transferable unless required by applicable law.

Replacement Products and Parts

Any replacement product or part provided under warranty may be new or functionally equivalent to new.

A replacement product or part does not restart the original warranty period. It will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty applies only to products used for their intended household purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EGFKI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from product failure.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your state, country, or region.
