Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show excessive use, damage, misuse, missing parts, or missing accessories may not qualify for a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, EGFKI will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons unrelated to product defects or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a non-defective return, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived defective or damaged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
To help us evaluate and resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photos or a short video showing the problem.
Once the issue has been verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or other support.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Opened or used replacement filters, consumable products, and other hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Gift cards and products specifically marked as Final Sale are also not eligible for return.

Missing Parts or Damaged Returns
Returned products must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Returns with missing accessories, excessive signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or incomplete packaging may be subject to a partial refund or may be rejected.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us first so we can determine the most appropriate solution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This right does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
